1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ph2828 ("ph2828," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the ph2828 online gaming platform available at ph2828.net, including all games, features, promotions, and services offered therein (collectively, the "Platform").

ph2828 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued Philippine identification card, proof of address, or proof of age. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by ph2828 may result in account suspension or closure.

3Account Registration

To access the full range of ph2828 services, you must create a player account via the ph2828 registration process. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and valid email address;
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times;
• Keep your ph2828 Login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party;
• Notify ph2828 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account;
• Register only one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.

ph2828 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your ph2828 account, whether or not authorized by you.

ph2828 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or close any account at its sole discretion, including where ph2828 reasonably suspects that the information provided is inaccurate, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

ph2828 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Philippine-based players:

• GCash and PayMaya / Maya (e-wallets);
• Bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank;
• Debit card (where supported).

The following payment methods are not accepted on ph2828 under any circumstances: cryptocurrency of any kind, and credit card deposits for gambling purposes, which are prohibited under current Philippine regulations.

All deposits are credited to your ph2828 account balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. ph2828 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or network outages.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. ph2828 reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including a copy of a valid Philippine government-issued ID and proof of payment method ownership — before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the ph2828 account holder.

ph2828 reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits, which are published on the Platform and may be updated from time to time. All amounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

5Bonuses & Promotions

ph2828 offers various bonuses, free credits, cashback offers, and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered ph2828 players only, subject to the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2 of these Terms;
• Each bonus offer is subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn;
• Bonuses have a validity period, after which any unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited automatically;

• Any attempt to abuse the ph2828 bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated tools, or engaging in low-risk betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

6Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not, at any time while using the ph2828 Platform, engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time;
• Registering or operating more than one ph2828 account;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform or any game;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity through the Platform;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Allowing any third party to access or use your ph2828 account;
• Engaging in any conduct that ph2828 reasonably determines to be harmful, abusive, threatening, or disruptive to other players, ph2828 staff, or the integrity of the Platform.

ph2828 reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of this Section and to take such action as it deems appropriate, including immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities.

7Intellectual Property

All content on the ph2828 Platform — including but not limited to the ph2828 brand name and logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of ph2828 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any ph2828 content without prior written consent;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on ph2828 content;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any ph2828 software;

• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ph2828 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or viruses.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit ph2828's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11Termination & Account Closure

You may close your ph2828 account at any time by contacting ph2828 customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (net of any applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.

ph2828 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, including age verification;
• Provision of false or misleading information;
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more, subject to applicable dormant account policies;
• Any other reason that ph2828 determines, in its sole discretion, warrants account closure.

Where ph2828 closes an account due to a breach of these Terms, ph2828 reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in the account, including deposits, winnings, and bonus funds.

12Amendments to These Terms

13Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the ph2828 Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this Section shall prevent ph2828 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
